Skream - Anticipation feat. Sam Frank

In May Skream dropped a new track called Anticipation. It was written for his (then) unborn baby Jesse Jones.
Beautiful song, not Skream's typical sound but I like it nonetheless. A lot of summer vibes and it will constantly remind me of the 2011 summer. Too bad that I can't find a full version of the song. :(

North American dubstep

Hey guys, recently I started thinking, do they listen to dubstep as much in North America as we do in Europe? Seeing as Bassnectar has 500k likes on Facebook and Skrillex has more than 1 million on his facebook while most of the famous UK producers have around 300k, but are more than the NA producers you can say its about the same.
A mate of mine linked me a video of Bassnectar performing live, I didn't think about him being American at the time, but I liked it.
Here's a video of him dropping
Bassnectar - Here We Go
DC Breaks -- Halo (Bassnectar remix)

And then we have Skrillex and 12th Planet that you
can see co-operating in this video

Anyways, keep on dubbing all over the world my fellow dubheads!

Arkasia

I'd like to share some tracks from a guy that I've been following since he was new to the whole genre, he calls himself Arkasia and has around 1200 fans on facebook.
I've spoken to Arkasia a few times on FB, not only is he a great producer but he is also a great person. =)

"Arkasia began playing violin at age 5. By age 10 he played with an orhestra and by 12 was collaborating on the creation of mini-operas. A self-taught drummer in a metal band by 2000 he began to compose electronic music founding the ADAPTEK's collective with two friends. This collab led to the creation of the band ANTROPOD and the live performance infoumasly known as Polakatek. He left the collective in 2008 to pursue his own projects."

Dubstep or not?

Magnetic Man - I Need Air

I've been reading on the youtube comment section for this video, seeing people claiming this isnt dubstep. Simply because there is no wobble bass. I concider it being dubstep because it has a classic dubstep drumpattern. I've seen people categorize it as DnB to House. People honestly seem to have no clue.

I mean, correct me if Im wrong, but at least include some "evidence" and not just the "it doesn't have any wobble so it's not dubstep."

Anyways, the song is still possibly one of the best rave songs and I would love to see Magnetic Man perform live.

Tell me what you think, is it dubstep?

DnB Battle #1

D Kay & Intoxicated - A Thinner Edge

OR

Seismix - Fly

Personally I prefer the first one, it makes me feel calm and it's simply a beautiful song. Didn't win by much though.
